Tomas Veraa
M&A Consultant
After completing his master’s in Financial Management at the 'Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam', Tomas gained experience in the audit practice (FSO) at Ernst & Young, where he further developed his knowledge of financial processes and controls. He then worked as an M&A advisor at a corporate finance boutique, active in the (lower) mid-market segment. During his studies, Tomas was involved as an investment analyst at a student-run investment club. In his current role as an M&A Consultant, Tomas applies his knowledge and experience to achieve the best possible results for clients. The dynamic and varied nature of the M&A field is a key motivation for him.

Hobbies and passions
Tomas is athletic and an avid footballer and winter sports enthusiast. In addition to sports, he enjoys cooking and spending time with friends.
