For more than twenty-five years, we have been a household name in the insurance market and brokerage sector and, in recent years, also among mortgage advisers, health & safety services and accountancy and administrative firms.

The foundation for BHB Dullemond was laid in 1998 by Kees Dullemond, MSc. Because of his tremendous drive, entrepreneurship and outstanding knowledge and expertise, the Dullemond name is still a household name in the insurance market.

In 2000, Ms Anneke Bangma, LL.M. and Ms Daphne Huskens, LL.M. (both from NVM) founded the consultancy firm Bangma & Huskens Bedrijfsadvies BV. From the outset, the firm focused on brokerage offices in the Netherlands. In 2007, Edwin Bosma joined the firm and, shortly thereafter, the name was changed to ‘BHB overnames en advies’.

In 2011, Dullemond Bedrijfsadvies BV became part of SVC (Samenwerkende Volmacht Consultants) in Leusden.

Five years later, ‘BHB overnames en advies’ and ‘Dullemond Bedrijfsadvies’ merged, continuing under the name ‘BHB Dullemond overnames en advies BV’ with the SVC Groep as the minority shareholder.

As of 1 July 2018, Forest Holding BV acquired the remaining shares of SVC Groep, making BHB Dullemond overnames en advies BV owned in its entirety by Edwin Bosma.
