Marketing & Communication Manager
As Marketing and Communication Manager, Kirsten is responsible for strengthening the proposition within the selected (international) market segments of BHB Dullemond. Thanks to her many years of experience in the cosmetics industry, she has a keen sense of brand positioning. Kirsten combines strategy and creativity with a proactive approach, listens carefully to the language of entrepreneurs, and works with a strong eye for detail. In doing so, she contributes to clear positioning and a strong, future-proof market presence.
Education
HBO degree in Hotel and Event Management, Hogeschool Tio Utrecht
Professional experience
After completing her studies, Kirsten held various marketing positions with major players in the cosmetics industry, including Pour Vous Parfumerie and ICI PARIS XL.
In recent years, she worked as an Account Manager at Prestige Cosmetics, where she was responsible for the distribution of several niche fragrance brands within the Beneluxer.
Hobbies and passions
In her spare time, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her family, traveling together, and creating lasting memories. At weekends, she likes to take the time to prepare elaborate meals, while equally appreciating a good restaurant. In addition, she enjoys long walks with her dog, exercises regularly, and is an enthusiastic skier.
