Edwin Bosma
Managing Partner
Edwin enjoyed an eight-year career as an Advisor for Dullemond Bedrijfsadvies in the village of Hoogland. He set up his own consultancy firm in 2006 before merging with Bangma & Huskens Bedrijfsadvies in 2008. The name was subsequently converted into BHB overnames & advies. In his capacity as a Managing Partner, Edwin is responsible for the overall management and strategy of the company. As an M&A Advisor, Edwin coaches the project teams and is actively engaged with larger projects for the company.
Education
MBA in Business Economics (University of Groningen) and various courses in Business Valuation and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Professional experience
Eight years as an Advisor at Dullemond Bedrijfsadvies B.V., two years as an Investment Manager for Meeùs Groep, two years as a Co-shareholder for Inter Solutions (secondment), six years as a Partner and Advisor for BHB Adviseurs, as well as a Guest Lecturer on Business Acquisitions at the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht since 2011.

Hobbies and passions
Edwin is an avid skier. He enjoys barbecuing outdoors (even in the depth of winter) while appreciating a nice glass of wine. Edwin also loves dining out with his family and getting lost in the pages of a novel.
